Please answer these questions as honestly as possible. They are designed to get you on the right path to a healthy, happy life.
1. When did you consider yourself to be in need of weight loss?
2. Do you eat as a way to deal with, or avoid problems?
3. Why do you want to lose weight?
4. How will your life change as a result?
5. Have you tried losing weight in the past? What happened?
6. What are the attitudes of significant others?
7. Do you want to lose weight?
8. How much weight do you want to lose, and over what period? Be realistic!
It is a good idea to copy and paste these questions and type up your answers. Then whenever you feel yourself craving unhealthy foods or slacking on your exercise program, look again at your answers and this will help provide the motivation to lose weight that you need.
